Dear Guests,

With the number of Coronavirus cases continuing to rise in the UK, we are writing to reassure you that we have carried out a number of measures to help protect our teams and customers, whose wellbeing is our number-one priority.

We continue to regularly brief our staff on the latest advice from Public Health England and our team members are fully aware of the importance of ensuring that best hygiene practices are followed throughout our hotel.

Our team members are observing the highest hygiene standards, including regular hand washing, cleaning surfaces and checks of the toilets.

Cleanliness and hygiene is always a top priority but we’re taking additional measures and have also provided hand sanitizer gel to all our employees and customers to use.

We are working hard to minimize disruption to our guest’s as much as possible, while at the same time taking sensible precautions to protect people’s health.

We continue to assess the situation daily and have closely aligned ourselves with the latest government advice and guidance, with any team members showing symptoms self-isolating for 14 days.
